OPEN ENROLLMENT HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR

Open Enrollment kicks off on Monday with the Open Enrollment Health and Wellness Fair April 18-19. Registration numbers are low so far. Please encourage your employees to enroll in seminars (especially the Open Enrollment Session to learn about this year's benefits) or sign up for blood work and skin checks through the Employee Portal page here. Parking is limited, so please encourage car pooling. If parking fills up at Aspen Meadows, employees can park along Meadows Lane or in the West End. Walking and biking are encouraged.

Blood & Skin Checks: There's still lots of room, and this is free! To register for a time, go to https://signup.lifehealthevents.com/ and set up a new login (if you have done this previously, you do not have to set up a new login). Use SKI2022 as your code. On the dashboard, go to Explore Wellness Options and Find an Event to choose a time. Checks are free for employees, their dependents and spouses, $63 for non-insured.

Please note: S3 employees cannot use the BullWheel yet, so employees should register for a seminar by calling HR at (970) 300-7700. ALL employees who qualify for benefits need to re-enroll for those benefits April 18-May 3, no exceptions.

Seasonal Employees: Today we are sending a special announcement to about 115 seasonal employees-- one big change for this year is that full time seasonal employees can now elect for coverage after one year instead of two. If you have employees in this category, please reach out to them and let them know they now qualify for coverage after 12 months. They should check their email. Contact HR with questions.
