Double Diamond Rewards Program

The Double Diamond Rewards Recognition Program is for Aspen One, Aspen Snowmass, ASPENX, and parent company employees.* The purpose of this program is to show that we appreciate the efforts of our employees in delivering on our core values.

Each month managers have the opportunity to nominate an employee and a manager in the first two weeks of the month (if nominated after the 15th, that nomination will roll over to the next month). The nominations are reviewed by HR to ensure that the nominee is in good standing without disciplinary action in the previous six months.  Candidates must have a minimum of three months of service to qualify. Senior Leadership Team members are not eligible to win. Winners will be selected based on the nomination form.

  • Seasonal employees and managers are eligible to win during the months of January through March and July through September.
  • Year-round employees are eligible twelve months out of the year. 

*Aspen Hospitality has its own recognition program.

Additional information:

  • A total of 4 seasonal hourly employees will be selected Employee of the Month in each eligible winter month and one in each eligible summer month.
  • One Seasonal Manager will be selected as Manager of the Month during the eligible seasonal months.
  • One year-round hourly employee and one year-round hourly manager will be selected each month. 
  • All nominees will receive a letter notifying them that they were nominated, who nominated them, and why. 
  • Winners will receive a letter of recognition that will go on file, a $350 check, and they will be featured in the newsletter. 
  • Employees can only win an award once a year.
