Aspen One Annual Engagement Survey

Employee engagement is a key piece of Aspen One’s strategy to create a fulfilling, engaged, and productive employee experience. One way we gauge — and improve — our employee environment is through engagement surveys.  

2024 Company Goals: 

• In 2024, our company goal is a 70 completion rate by employees. We reached 57%.
  • In 2023, our goal was 80%. We reached 69%, but the number who actually took the survey went up from 2022. 
• In 2024, our engagement score goal is 80.
  • In 2023, our goal was  84%. We reached 87% company-wide.

Survey Open Dates:  The survey is open to any employee of Aspen One and its divisions (Aspen Skiing Co., Aspen Hospitality, ASPENX)  from Thursday, Feb. 1 through end of day on Thursday, Feb. 15.

How the Survey is administered: All employees receive an email from Survey Monkey with a link to the survey on February 1. They will continue to receive reminder emails until they take the survey. The survey is available in English or Spanish and may be taken on a cell phone or computer.

Confidentiality: The survey is confidential. Employee data is uploaded to Survey Monkey only with your location, cost center, and department. The dashboard that is given to divisional managers after the survey closes is only searchable via these groupings. If you would like to see the dashboard to confirm that no individual data is available, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR representative who can show you what managers see.

What Happens Afterwards? Aspen One will report back to all employees on this information at both a company and departmental level. Division leaders will work with their managers, and managers will work with their employees to identify and track goals based on survey feedback. Some goals will be short-term, others will extend over multiple years. Department managers will also work with HR Reps.
