Navigating our online platforms, apps, and tech

Our company has been around for 75 years, so it stands to reason that we have different platforms and systems for a variety of uses. Here’s a run-down on everything you need to know.

Many of our systems, including UKG/Kronos, the Employee Portal and the BullWheel, require Multifactor Authentication. If you’re new, here are directions to set it up. You only need to set it up once.


UKG DIMENSIONS / KRONOS

What it is: UKG Dimensions (known as Kronos) is the official workforce management system and system of record for all employees. Employees use it to fill out forms, request vacation time, fill out time cards and more. Known as Kronos, the company was actually purchased by UKG Dimensions, which is why you see two names.

Who uses it: All employees

Logging in: When you log into Kronos for the first time, log in with the following: Username: employee number and Password: birthday and last 4 SSN combo (MMDDYYYYSSSS). It will prompt you to reset your password and the password needs to be 12 characters long. Once you have updated the password, you should have access to Kronos as well as the Benefits and Employee Portal (see below)

Helpful Tip: To log out, click the 3 horizontal bars in the top left. A side column will pop out and you’ll see the log out option. If many people use the same computer, consider using an “incognito” web browser. You can learn more about Kronos on the employee portal here.

UKG DIMENSIONS MOBILE APP

What it is: UKG Dimensions is the mobile phone app version of Kronos. Download the UKG Dimension app from any app store. You will log in using either your aspensnowmass.com work email and Kronos password OR your primary email of record in Kronos and the password you set up for Kronos.

Who uses it: All employees

EMPLOYEE PORTAL

What it is: The employee portal is the central hub where all employee information and links are housed. You need to be onboarded and have an employee id to access. In these pages, you’ll find general company information, perks and resources, department information, supervisor information, and the ability to submit company suggestions for improvement. If you are new or just now returning after time away, you must go to Kronos first (see above instructions) before trying to log in to the portal.

Who uses it: All employees. If you do not log in, you will not receive important company-wide emails and communications or be able to access important information for ski passes, uniforms, training, and more.

Logging in: When you sign in, use the following:
1. If you have an aspensnowmass.com email, use that and your Kronos Password.
2. If you don’t, use this: Username: youremployeeid#@aspensnowmass.com (so ex: [email protected]) and your new Kronos password.

Helpful Tips: Once on the portal, you can change your language, search the site, or log out by looking for these items at the top right side of the web page. A full company directory is located on the Contact Us page under the About Us menu. Important employee information and newsletters are also housed under this menu.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PORTAL

What it is: The Benefits Portal is also know as Empyrean. All employee benefits are explained and included in this site. A benefits overview is here.

Who uses it: All employees who receive benefits from our company.

Logging in: If you are not set up for SSO (Single Sign On) on a company computer, when you log into the benefit portal for the first time, log in with the following: Username: employee number and Password: birthday and last 4 SSN combo (MMDDYYYYSSSS). If you have SSO and are on a company computer, then use your Kronos user name and password.

  • If you can’t log in, contact the Mountain Help Desk at  [email protected], 970-300-7070 or the Hospitality Help Desk at [email protected], 970-920-6396.
  • Contact Human Resources at (970) 300-7700 or [email protected] if you need help navigating Kronos.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE: TRIAD

What it is: Our Employee Assistance Program is operated by TRIAD, which offers access to counseling, on-call crisis therapists, telehealth opportunities, legal and financial assistance, online webinars and articles and more.

Who uses it: All employees

Logging In: To log in, please use the username “aspen” and the password “skiing.”

Contact: Triad is available by phone: 877-679-1100 8am to 6pm MST Monday through Friday plus there is a 24-7 on-call crisis therapist.

ASPEN SNOWMASS ACCOUNT PORTAL

What it is: The account portal is an Aspen Skiing Company (Aspen Snowmass) online account management tool that allows guests and employees to sign waivers, upload pass pictures, view recent order, and manage your household members without needing to enter a ticket office or call. Passholder benefits will be available here soon.

Who uses it: Guests and employees

Login: This portal uses the same user name and password as the Aspen Snowmass Mobile App, and online store (see info below). It is NOT the same username and password as the Employee Portal or other internal websites.

ASPEN SNOWMASS MOBILE APP

What it is: The Aspen Snowmass Mobile App is the official mobile app for our four mountains. Employees and guests can use it for functions such as: accessing and easily sharing Passholder/Employee Pass benefits (hint: you don’t need to enter a ticket office to redeem an employee lift voucher); tracking vertical feet, Bowl laps, and days skied; completing Ski School registration for Children’s ski school before arriving; accessing QR codes to use at Pickup Boxes, rental outlets, and ski school; purchasing a replacement Aspen Card; and accessing uphill, snow, and grooming report information. It can be downloaded from any app store.

Who uses it: Guests and employees

Logging in: This app uses a different username and password combination from the internal employee portal, Kronos & benefits sites. It is the same username and password as the Ecommerce site (below) and Account site (above)– you may already have a login. If not, you will set that up by creating an account in the app after you download the app onto your phone.

Helpful Tip: You can learn more about this app here. You can find your employee pass benefits, such as Friends & Family Comp Tickets under your Account, which is accessed by the little person icon in the top right.

ASPEN SNOWMASS ECOMMERCE / ONLINE STORE

What it is: The Aspen Snowmass guest-direct online store. Employees have the ability to use this store to redeem their Employee Pass Benefits vouchers without needing to enter a ticket office.

Who uses it: Guests and employees

Logging In: This site uses the same login information as the Aspen Snowmass Account Portal and app.

SKI & SNOWBOARD SCHOOL: PRO CARD

What it is: ProCard is a website interface for pros and management to interact with RTP. ProCard is S3’s scheduling software,  Learning Management System for instructor-led training, directory for Pros, contact information of our past guests, software for guest check-in, class management system, group lesson lunch reservation system, and rostering system to close transactions with all classes.

Who uses it: Ski and Snowboard School Employees

Logging In: Use your employee number and the password established by each user.

Contact: ProCard is a product of VERT Solutions, LLC. Linda Blomquist is the primary administrator for the Ski and Snowboard School, [email protected]. If you need to change your personal information, like an email address, she is the person to contact.

THE BULLWHEEL

What it is: The BullWheel is our learning management system. This platform is the home base for all training and learning opportunities. Currently employees can take short courses on a variety of topics ranging from DEI to leadership as well as frontline training. Check it out!

Who uses it: Any employee is welcome to take a course.
