Employee MFA Set-Up Information

All employees are required to enroll in Multifactor Authentication to access many of our platforms, including Kronos, the Portal, Empyrean, and the BullWheel. It adds a layer of protection to your online information with our company.

  • If you already completed the MFA enrollment process, you do not have to do it again. You will be required to authenticate the first time a new platform rolls over to requiring MFA.

YOUR USERNAME
When you enroll in MFA, you will use the following: 
• Employees with an aspensnowmass.com email should use their regular email address and Kronos password to sign in.
• Employees with a hotel address like @thelittlenell.com should instead use @aspensnowmass.com.
• Employees without an aspensnowmass.com email or hospitality email should use their [email protected]

PASSWORDS
If you forgot your password, call IT to receive a temporary password. When you go through the MFA process, you will be asked to reset that password. All passwords must be at least 12 characters in length. You can’t use the previous password. It’s best practice to not use your name or something obvious either.   

** If you have logged in to the portal since November and have been receiving the employee newsletter on Mondays, you do not have to take this step again.
