Uniform Return Info

Here are the details needed to return your uniform:

  • The return date for MOST Departments is May 1, 2024.  (This includes:  Ski school, Mountain Operations, Parent Company, Ambassadors, and Ski Patrol)**
  • Snowmaking uniforms will be due back by February 9, 2024.**
  • Lift Maintenance, Trails, Property Facilities and Vehicle Maintenance Departments are due Back by May 31, 2024.**
  • General hours for Uniform Return are 6am-1pm the week of April 8, and then 6am-2pm after Snowmass closes. Monday through Friday.  No appointment needed. Have a question? Email [email protected].

**After your department’s deadline, late fees will apply. **

How to return your uniform: 

  • If you leave the company, you are expected to return your uniform within 24 hours.
  • Uniforms must be returned to ABC 407 Unit K.
  • If your uniform is not turned in promptly or before the deadline above or is returned damaged, you will be charged. See uniform policy for details.
  • Along with your uniform, print, fill out, and bring with you this uniform return form. On the back of the form please let us know if you have feedback on the uniform (ie. problems with zippers, fabric fraying), and how you liked the uniform overall.
