- Work Orders: The Facilities Dept. is rolling out a new work order system and will no longer be using MP2 for ski ops and parent company work orders. Learn more below.
Submitting Work Orders:
- Use this link (please bookmark it): https://requests.onupkeep.com/#/publicrequest/aspensnowmass
- Fill out the text fields with red *
- The more detailed the description the better
- In the Location text field type in key words for the location, find it and select it
- We tried to eliminate abbreviations and numbers so locations like VMF are in the system as Vehicle Maintenance Facility and 4MS is Four Mountain Sports
- There are over 340 locations so use the search functionality
- If you are doing it on your phone please take a photo when pertinent by selecting the “click to upload an image” and then selecting “take a photo”
- Finish by clicking on “submit work order request”
Viewing Request:
- Use this link: https://requests.onupkeep.com/#/aspensnowmass/login
- Enter your email address and you will be able to review the status, who it is assigned to, notes, etc…
The Why:
- You can now submit work orders on your phone vs. having to wait until you get to your computer
- By default the information entered by our team is sent back to the requestor so they can have better insight into what is happening
- MP2 does not have a functional preventative maintenance platform, while the back end of that doesn’t matter to you it will allow us to better maintain our assets
